The national Paro began a week ago due to the increase in prices of everyday products. I think people have come out to protest because in our country the basic salary is not enough to sustain us. Many people in the country have decided to demonstrate peacefully to try to fix or support our indigenous siblings who want to have a conversation with the President.
I agree to go out and demonstrate
because there are also public universities whose budgets are being cut and just
as it happened to us at the time, now they need our support. On the other hand,
this is a problem that affects us perhaps indirectly to all the people because
if prices increase there are many children who use public transportation and
with the increase in fuel prices the bus fare will also increase. However, with the
daily products lunches will no longer cost the same since this increased twice
what they cost.
This strike should
continue, but in a cautious
way since 2 days ago a news came out that a young man had died, and I think it
is ridiculous that
an agreement has not yet been reached. Finally, I hope that this will be solved
and that the president can make a decision that will benefit all of us who are
concerned about this painful issue.
ResponderEliminarHi, Belen. I like your blog, it is interesting and entertaining. You are also right when you say about the increase of the products. Everything is indeed expensive nowadays.
